“The neighbourhood is questionable, outside of the building looks kind of rundown. Inside was actually surprisingly clean, bed and bath included. Wifi is better than some of the other higher end hotels given it has its own modem in room. It's quite adequate and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay over for me.”

“My partner and I stayed two nights with our 1 year old pup and had a great time. The roads up the Gunflint were well plowed and the hosts gave us instructions for an easy self check-in. The room was affordable, clean, the bed was comfortable, and the upstairs shared kitchen/community space has a large deck overlooking the lake. Hosts were great with communication.”

“what a beautiful area, at the end of the gunflint trail. i was there before ice out so it was very quiet, beautiful surroundings and a very comfortable room. nice clean bathroom with good shower. this would be a perfect place to stay before and/or after a canoe trip into the BWCA. make sure you have everything you want because it is an hour drive into Grand Marais, that is part of the beauty of this place. i had great communication from the property owners, i will definitely staying there again.”
