“Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Most everything at breakfast was wrapped in plastic and served on plastic. Area feels a bit deserted next to the highway and some big parking lots. It’s close to the city centre but I didn’t feel like walking even ten minutes in the dark.”

“It took 50 minutes to check in, a long line, and not enough staff. When I was leaving, the elevators were full, so after 5 minutes I walked down with my luggage. I understand they had a big group, but if they are having one, they should be prepared.”

“Decent place, no protein available for breakfast, but good coffee. I have stayed here before, comfortable bed and convenient.”

“We have stayed here in the past but place has gone down hill. Room had musty odors and tub had dirty ring around it. We arrived at 2:30 pm but clerk made us sit in lobby for 15 minutes before we were allowed to check in. I am aware check in is at 3 but never had to wait if I was a little early. Unacceptable. Breakfast was barely average. Small area with little to recommend. Overall stay was disappointing. ”

“The place was dirty and run down. I did not feel safe in the hotel as there are many full time residents there lingering in the common areas and the parking lots. They even have signs posted claiming no responsibility for theft or damage to the cars. I would not return or recommend ”

“I was switched three times from rooms because either the room wasnt cleaned or the AC didn’t work. There was constant noise at all hours of the night. Not well insulated walls or windows or doors so you could hear everything. ”

“There’s absolutely no hot water I tried 3 different times to shower in a 24 hr period and zero hot water”

“Good sized room. Ok breakfast. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was urine stains on the toilet and the bathtub was dirty. The staff seemed miserable and was a bit rude.”

“Based on the pictures of the rooms I picked a king suite. It was nothing like the picture. A bed and a sleeper couch were crammed in a small room. The sleeper was so uncomfortable (very old) I would have been better sleeping on the floor and the sheet on the couch was dirty and ragged. The outlet near the bed was sunk into the wall so I couldn’t charge my phone. I will never stay there again!!!!”

“The blind in the room is broken. Once down, it won't go up. The way the bed is made is strange. You can't even pull the sheet up to your neck. And breakfast is expensive. Not a good value. Overall, pricey for what you get. ”

“We loved the breakfast and the Wednesday night welcome home reception dinner was a great surprise. With three teenage boys the free food was well appreciated! The room was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but it was great for our needs. The pool and hot tub were great. The only real miss was one of the beds had sand between the sheets on our first night for some reason. Kinda gross! Otherwise a good stay.”
