“The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. The hot tub was so nice after whole day of biking. The ice cream that the owner made was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in this...

“We just got back from staying at Bellavista for a week, and be "we", I mean a very large family including infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, uncles, aunts, and even grandma. In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive. “The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“My daughter and I travelled to Albany for a concert in nearby Saratoga Springs. This spot was a great home base for our trip. It's in a wonderful little area across from a large park and easily accessible to the downtown. ”

“My boyfriend and I came to Albany for a concert and chose this rental as it offered great parking and was within walking distance to the venue. Linda offered an amazing stay with a very clean environment. The only downside that we experienced was the bed is quite squeaky, getting up to use the restroom in the middle of the night was quite loud. But overall would recommend this property! We would love to stay again next time we are in Albany! ”

“I stayed at John’s cabin with my husband and our 1-year old son toward the end of August. This was our second time staying at his cabin as our close friends own the cabin next door. It’s always so perfect and I never want to leave. The lake is right outside the back door and the deck gets amazing sunlight. The sunsets are priceless. If I have my way, it will be an annual tradition for our family for years to come!”

“The property was perfect for what my sons and I - heated pool, hot tub, basement movie watching, and plenty of room for our board games. I’ve rented through VRBO on several occasions and I can’t think of a more accommodating and attentive host. Josh (and his team) were nothing less than amazing. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. ”
