“This was by far the best VRBO that my family has visited. Laura is the most professional and caring host that we've ever encountered. The house is about 12 minutes from Dreams Park and 10 min from Downtown. The house is very clean and the landscape is also very well taken care of. If we ever make it back to cooperstown, we will be staying here!”

“We really enjoyed our stay (in town for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament). The place was very clean and all kitchen and bedroom essentials were included. Towels for the bathroom were fresh and ready to use. The washer and dryer, grill, and coffee machine were especially handy. The WiFi was strong, the AC was cold, and the water was hot, so no issues there either. Communication with the owner Brad was quick and easy. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here. “Beautiful and clean lake house for our stay near Cooperstown. Kids enjoyed the fishing and we loved eating meals on the back porch. The drive to All Star Village was a little far, but we knew that going into it. It was a cozy place to come back to after long days at the ballpark and we were able to cook meals there, the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to beautiful downtown Cooperstown and the owner was very responsive and helpful!”

“We rented this property while our son played in Cooperstown All Star Village. It was an easy 30 minute drive and nice to go back the seclusion and quiet after long days at the ball fields. Communication with the host was phenomenal and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place. If we return next year, we will definitely stay here is it is available.”

“The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! It's an adorable cottage, recently remodeled, I felt like we had walked into a Southern Living magazine. Great location, barely 15 minutes to CDP. We were there for baseball, stayed with another set of parents, and the cottage's twin bed BR was perfect for the few nights the boys stayed with us. Antonietta was most gracious, very responsive. I've already recommended this cottage (along with the other cottage right next door, and her other properties)...

“This house was large enough for 4 families to stay while the boys played at Dreams park. Quick 11-12 min drive to the park. Plenty of room to spread out and the siblings loved the bunk room, game room and big backyard. The adults loved having beers on the sunporch and grilling out. ”

“My son's baseball team was playing at Dreamspark and a few parents shared this house. It was very serene and about 10-15 minutes from everything we needed. The house was extremely well stocked and we had plenty of room. It was the perfect set-up for our group! Jean and Brian were very quick to respond, when we had a few questions.
