“Stayed two nights with my small dog, and we had a great time unwinding in the Catskills. Staff was excellent and tended to our needs. Wonderful to have a brewery, restaurant and Saturday night music on the property. Not a fancy place, but we were comfortable and got some much-needed rest. They even packed up dinner and a couple of beers so I could eat in the room with my dog.”

Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. “Basically was very clean the kitchen had coffee I had to bring my own milk, which is normal. The only problem I had was the bathroom was very tiny and very cramped. I had a broken wrist and it was difficult to do things in such a cramped area. The stairs were difficult to navigate and very steep again with the broken wrist. “Our 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed our ski weekend and enjoyed our stay here. The "house" is spacious and unique and filled with antiques plus it is a convenient drive to Belleayre Ski Center. The kids enjoyed playing upstairs and most of the adults hung out in the kitchen during the evenings. The beds were comfortable and we were able to maintain the heat in a comfortable range for us (upper 60s). ”

If that is actually on the property it doesn't indicate that the water access shown is across a two-lane road with guardrails on both sides in different places. 3) Most important is the bathroom plumbing. “THE SOFA IS NOT A PROPER SLEEPER FOR AN ADULT. It is an old peculiar object in pieces that should be replaced. The sheets and blankets look like hand me downs. Chairs are uncomfortable. Dirty exterior entryway, very sticky apartment key, crooked floors, fridge door opens wrong way into the wall, there's a random fire extinguisher on floor, outlets don't all work, a challenge if you want to charge your phone, you'll hit your head on the ceiling of the loft area even if you're not tall.
