“My wife & I brought my bass boat for a week of fishing the finger lakes.This cabin was ideal for us. We were on the water within 20 minutes everyday.The cabin is very nice, fully furnished & very private.”

“Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.”

“My husband and I were looking for a relaxing trip to celebrate our anniversary and to visit with our daughter, who lives in the area. Well, we found it! What a fantastic property. The house was clean, organized, and well-stocked! They thought of everything. The outdoor seating options, which allowed for enjoying those beautiful sunsets, were excellent - featuring two fire pits, a dining table, and a pavilion by the pond. We hope to stay here again!”

“When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. “Convenient, clean and comfortable home secluded away but close enough to the action! My wife and I LOVED our stay here and would definitely come back! Our favorite part was quite mornings sipping coffee on the back balcony, overlooking the property while listening to the birds! First class stay.”

“We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be...

“Great relaxing time. The best screened in porch is actually the living room with windows on three sides. It feels like being in a tree house. Well equipped kitchen inside and barbeque set up outside. Many places to sit and ponder inside and out. The beach was clean, water was great.”

“We visited Naples several times, ate lunch at Bully Hill, bought wine from PreJean in Penn Yan, and even golfed. What an enjoyable time. The house was newly updated. The kitchen had everything you needed - loads of spices, plenty of pots and pans. There was even an air fryer and a crockpot. There was plenty of coffee for the Keurig, ample toilet paper, dawn dish soap, and paper towels.”
