“The host is excellent with communication, the property is well kept and dog friendly! Safe, fenced in area where everyone can be together. The sunrises are amazing and so is the expansive view of the lake. 10 out of 10 for relaxation! Close to wineries and shopping as well.”

The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! ”

“This is a beautiful, old Victorian home going through the process of renovation. We were a family of 10 and the space met our needs for the past two weeks. We truly enjoyed the expansive front porch, the level access to the lake, the friendly community and boating and swimming activities in the lake. ”

“Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.”
