“This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. “This property was all and more we could have expected. Starting with unique decor through out the house, each room had its own individual identity but all blended together. From the pristine table settings to the wall art or the individual tea cups on the bed. It did take us a bit to find the hot tub , come to find out it was located in the garage, and relaxing it was. One of the best kept secrets was the second bedroom had a king bed, that made two kings and two queen , the most comfortable bed...

“This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit.
