“The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street.”

“The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”

“Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.”

“The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression.
The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. Although there is an AC window unit in the window and if you sit in front of it, it is difficult to hear the tv. There is a train track by the house and...

“This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again.”

The cottage was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Finger Lakes escape. The beds, linens, and towels were soft and cozy. “A group of 7 of us stayed the night before the prestigious Seneca 7 race. It was absolutely perfect for our stay and we look forward to staying again. The views from the bedrooms and living room were amazing. There were 7 mattresses total so everyone had the luxury of a comfy, solo bed. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Lastly, the price for that number of beds and 2 full baths was a steal!”
