“Ok hotel for a business trip.”

“This is not a hotel per se. It is transitional housing and not very well-maintained. No breakfast as advertised. A dresser whose drawers do not close. An air mattress. One light-weight blanket when a better one would have helped. Noisy because people live there. Heater very noisy. Not all outlets worked. Staff not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful.”

“I will not stay there again, it was very sketchy. old, outdated, uncomfortable where it felt unsafe. but it was the only place available on very short notice in the area that I need to be.”

“Great property! Easy to get to, clean and nice interior. Beautiful location. Only downside was the dock in the photos was not installed during our stay.”

“This is a lovely little cottage in close proximity to everything we need to do in Albany. My siblings and I brought my 88 year mother up to Albany to visit with two friends from high school and all her nieces and nephews. The cottage was not more than 15 to 20 minute drive to everything we needed to see. The house itself is very comfortable well appointed. “Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Most everything at breakfast was wrapped in plastic and served on plastic. Area feels a bit deserted next to the highway and some big parking lots. It’s close to the city centre but I didn’t feel like walking even ten minutes in the dark.”

“Bra storlek på rummet och hotellet”

“The bed was comfortable and a good price. Property needs some TLC. Ceiling of room was in rough shade - dirty and peeling celining in bathroom. Breakfast was very basic.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Clifton Park! The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everyone made me feel welcome, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable!”

“Dirty filthy bathroom! Terrible continental breakfast!”

“Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again.”
