“From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. “1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. “The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“My daughter and I travelled to Albany for a concert in nearby Saratoga Springs. This spot was a great home base for our trip. It's in a wonderful little area across from a large park and easily accessible to the downtown. ”

“The house was very clean and well stocked. There were so many fun things to do - swimming pool, ping pong, darts, air hockey, gym, pinball, basketball hoop, foosball, etc. it was a great house for 4 families. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to questions about the neighborhood, it was also very well located. Highly recommend!”

“A wonderful pet- friendly rental! We drove from NC to stay on the lake and were very happy with this cute little cottage. Comfortable inside with great views outside. Overall a great space for entertaining family and friends or just chilling out for a bit. And our lab enjoyed herself too!”

“The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...
