“Clean room lots of space. Not real breakfast. The place is still under construction remodel. So doesn't look great and paint smell all over. Safe place no issues at all.”

“Not much good to say. It was an outdated room with few furnishings, not inline with contemporary hotels. The handicapped shower was not sloped properly in the bathroom and the ENTIRE bathroom flooded after a shower making it unusable post-showering. I mentioned this to the staff, but was told "it will drain eventually". Breakfast was sub-par. Entire site needed an overhaul.”

“Skimpy breakfast”

“We had trouble at check in. It was a computer issue,not the clerks fault. Entry door was dragging when opening or closing,very noisy. There were dead insects on the bathroom ceiling over the mirror. Shower/tub faucet dripped. Outside the grounds could use a little better maintenance,ie,mowing/trimming.”

“Room # 103 Long black hair in the bed I had to hold the showerhead wand in my hand in order to clean my head and body. There was no place to put it so that you could shower under it. The showerhead was tucked into the grab bar on the side wall. Sheets had stains on them Pillows had stains on them I spent the total of about five hours in the room, most of which I couldn’t sleep because of the thought of how dirty it might be. I made a promise to myself... This is the last time I’m going to...

“The room really smelled musty. Carpet was stained. Everything needs a serious updating. The wifi went out during a thunderstorm and was never restored. This motel looks like its about to go out of business.”

“Very quiet and a good host”

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“We loved our stay! The location was clean and as described. Communication with the owner was easy without issue. We will definitely stay again if our travels take us in that direction.”

“The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and more than enough towels were provided. It was everything we needed for our stay and Kim was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“There is no way they should charge what they charged for 1 night stay. ”

“The house was very clean and in a quite location. We were in the area for the Cooperstown dreams park week and thought this location would be too far away. It is a 55 minute drive but the scenery and beautiful house was worth it. Would stay again if in that area.”
