“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay here. The house has lots of comfy space for hanging out both indoors and outside and a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly liked the long table where we worked several jigsaw puzzles. The host provided several suggestions for local dining and entertainment that were good.”

“The place is being remodeled and it's lot of mess all around in door and out door. Second breakfast was Continental not full service. But the rooms are big and new.”

“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

“Rooms were clean, could update furniture and blue carpet needs to go. Personally I do would tile or engineered wood floors for help with clean up in pet friendly rooms. Nice large area to walk our dog. We would stay here again.”

“The room had dirty towels in the bathroom when I asked for clean towels those were stained yellow they wasn't white at all. No elevator and the halls smelled like old cigarettes and old carpet.I waited until I got home to shower. Breakfast was coffee plain bagels and a blueberry muffin I passed I woke up super early to get out of there”

“I would avoid this hotel, unless you absolutely have to stay there. It is off the exit, and then a convoluted, series of turns where it sits alone on a hill. Right away one can see it hasn't been maintained well, and the smell of air fresheners are quite strong. Everything in the room seemed worn down, misaligned, unmaintained. The walls and floors are thin, very cheap build. Bathroom amenities were two small bars of soap, the cheap kind. Breakfast was included, but terrible. One waffle...

“Staff was attentive. Had a clogged toilet upon arrival, staff fixed it immediately. A bit dated, staff kept garbage dumped, sheets and towels fresh as we stayed five nights. If you’re looking for a basic, no frills place to stay, this would suffice.”

“Friendly, helpful hosts—rustic, peaceful setting—easy access to lakes and museums. And sweet Harley to give scritches to 😊”

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“What an amazing overnight in this 5 star 5th wheel! Hosts greeted us with a friendly wave as we passed their home to the 5th wheel hill top. Clean as can be and VERY comfortable. Host has added all the creature comforts. There’s a picnic table outdoors with incredible views. QUIET AND SERENE SURROUNDINGS…simply beautiful! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!”

“We had an amazing stay! George was a great host and the place is lovely. The place was very clean, well taken care of, and the coffee/Hot Chocolate bar was an amazing treat. If you ever are looking for a place to stay in cobleskill this is definitely the place.”

“Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.”

“The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and more than enough towels were provided. It was everything we needed for our stay and Kim was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. ”
