“Enjoyed the stay.”

“I booked this place last minute to escape torrential rain while camping. My car was packed with soaking wet gear so I couldn’t be picky. This place was 20 minutes from the campground. The good-the place is quiet, the water is hot and the bed was comfortable. The bad- the floors are vinyl tile and were not the cleanest, the room layout was odd-there was a big open space in the middle of the room and the minimal furniture was against the walls. The window and table and chairs were about 8-10 feet...

“This hotel was awful. First of all, there's no lighting at the entry road to the hotel and you can't see it until you're passed it so we missed the road trying to get in and had to turn around and we still couldnt see it and almost missed it again. If we didnt have a gps, we never would have found it. There was barely any parking. The front desk staff looked about 12 to 15 and was extremely unhelpful. The front desk wouldn't give us any towels or paper towels even though I explained my water...

“The hotel has a nice restaurant, bar area and outside firepit area. Everything seemed clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I booked a room with two double beds via Expedia and received a confirmation back that the room had two double beds. When I called the hotel, however, they said there were no rooms with two double beds and instead the room had one double bed and pull-out couch with could serve as another bed if needed. I said that is not what I booked...

“The first thing I found out was that the hotel didn't have an elevator. This was technically my fault because I didn't notice it on the website when I booked the room. I have COPD so any extra taxing climbing or exercise causes me to have trouble breathing, so that wasn't good. The front desk staff member was pretty friendly, so that was a plus, but the room was a bit gross in spots, the shower and bathroom weren't cleaned well before I checked in. As for any type of breakfast or food, it was a...

“Interior and exterior needs updating.”

“Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!”

“The cabin in tge woods was enchanting, cozy and perfect for our needs! Family loved the downtime playing games and relaxing. Wish we had better weather because we could see there was so much more to do. We will be back next year when we come through town again!”

“I've debated writing this review, but I need to say that the place is just not safe. I had to move rooms twice because the door locks didn't work and the ground-floor window wouldn't close... let alone lock. And that's not even talking about the beer bottle caps left on the room floor, the general layer of filth everywhere, the wet towels left from the previous guest, the rusted out showerhead, or the mouse poop behind the nightstand. The staff are really nice people, it's just a very dirty...

“I wish I could rate our overall experience with 10 STARS! Absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. The RV is very modern, clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely my idea of "camping"! We had a few visits from the goats (behind the fence of course) while watching the horses graze in the field and even saw a fawn frolicking in the field as the sun was setting! Thank you for creating the perfect place for travelers to spend some down time and...

“This home had everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The home felt warm and inviting. Ample off- street parking.”

“The apartment is charming. Lovely view from the 4th floor walk up. Perfect for a couple and comfortable with plus one. Cobleskill is a small and welcoming place to visit.”

“A unique redo of a one room school house. Top amenities and facilities. As two retired teachers, and married for 52 years, we really enjoyed the experience.”

“Debra was an excellent hostess. Her and her family live in the main house. She quickly replied to all inquiries. The house is on a quite farm setting about 32 mins from Cooperstown Dream Park with no traffic either way. If you have more than 2 hours between games and want to escape the crowds you can. Do fill up on gas and food because there is a drive to both gas and the store. If you are into homemade soaps, please ask the hostess about them. Her mother makes and sells several different...
