“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“What a gorgeous resort! I stayed in the penthouse studio it was beautiful and the staff checked in twice a day to see if I needed anything. The front desk staff, valets were so friendly and helpful. I took advantage of their spa Karen is amazing best massage I have ever had! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Turks and Caicos.”

“Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. ”

“Housekeeping came twice daily and did a wonderful job. Every employee we encountered was kind, helpful and cheerful. The grounds are immaculately maintained and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen cleaner pools. Food and beverage was pretty expensive, but that’s the way it is on the entire island. Planning another trip for next year!”
