"I have never been to a hotel with such incredibly rude, rude staff. The room we were given had water leaking from the ceiling. Water was leaking from the ceiling as if it was raining in the room. The carpet was wet.... The room smelled really bad! Unclean room, yellow pillowcases, and dead flies on the windowsill. They thought we were delaying this as a family with our 1 year old. We talk to the tall young guy at the reception and explain that we need to change rooms. Get a quick answer, unfortunately we have no rooms. Then I say come up with another solution get an answer: we can't do anything and he turns his back. My husband tries to talk to him. We can't be in that room, we can't breathe we have a small child. Unfortunately we don't have any rooms he says and turns his back. He grins to the side with his colleague... We talk to his colleague about the problem, then he comes and says in Italian never mind them. He cuts her off so we don't get help. She says the same thing. We insist that we have the right to a new room. Then she becomes aggressive and screams I'm calling the police now. Okay, we're waiting for the police to come. They stand talking and looking at us and grinning. Had to wait 2 hours with our little daughter in her arms, grinning. No police came. So they threatened us. Okay we call the police ourselves ... all of a sudden I hear them say we found a room after they hear us call the police. useless guy and girl! disgusting No empathy humanit"

"Ok standard till priset och för att bara stanna en natt. Dock behövde vi bädda våningssängen. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. Med tysta rumsgrannar är det nog inget problem men vi hade ett ungdomsgäng som grannar som höll igång till ca 02:00. Vill du ha lugn och ro välj ett annat hotell. Två hissar på hela hotellet var oxå det för lite."

"The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet tasted awkward. I guess the chefs aren’t cracking fresh eggs back in the kitchen—they’re probably using liquid or powdered eggs. A real shame. Always make sure you can get fresh eggs at a hotel. But hotel had a very nice location!"
