Upon finding the hotel we really wanted to stay at, the staff was over accommodating. We were able to contact the hotel with the wrong booking and they were willing to cancel our reservation and waive all fees, however Expedia refused to give us a refund and we ended up paying again at the hotel we wanted. “I arrived and was greeted with a smile even though I didn't check in until 11pm. My room was clean and smelled fresh. All amenities were there. The dining are was clean. Their breakfast was awesome. Hot food, not cold like some places. Always enough food for everyone. ”
