âThis home was exactly how described. The two beds made it really nice for my two children. There was also enough room for our dog crate! You can't beat this for the price. âThe resort is in need of updating. The problem is maintenance. The front door to my room lock screws came out. I had to screw back in with a dime. The iron board was broke and had to get another one. The kitchen sink had food in it. The microwave light could not be turned off. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and the sitting area. The towels had hair in them and I had to get new towels. The staff is very nice and friendly. You must empty the trash before you leave your room.â

âThe hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon. âThe location was excellent, on the quiet side of the North End and with easy access to the residential beaches. Very dog friendly, too, so our pup had a great time. Even a fenced yard for easy potty breaks!The hosts are so thoughtful and let us reschedule after a snowstorm so we could actually enjoy our time. The mattresses and couches are comfortable and the shower and bathrooms are nice and bright. Towels provided and whatever you need is in the kitchen also. Thanks so much!!!!!!â
