“Clean room helpful staff”

“Funky decor. Enormous bathroom. Good size room Only one charger outlet by the beds and it was not in the middle. It’s 2024, charging outlets should be by every bed or every side of the bed. ”

“Staff was really not interested in helping and when they did they were not excited about it at all. Missing hot tub big mistake.”

“Bra standard, rent och snyggt på rummen och gemensamma utrymmen (lobby, restaurang). Parkeringsplatsen kunde varit större men det finns närliggande parkeringshus med övergång inomhus.”

“Bad smell”

“Stained bedding, parking isn’t included, out dated. Won’t be staying ever again”

“Super convenient shuttle and access to airport. I arrived on a Sunday evening and was disappointed that the restaurant, bar and hot tub were closed. In fairness, when I went back and looked closely, the hours of the restaurants were accurate, but it was disappointing nonetheless.”

“The main parking lot was closed due to repairs to the underground parking lot and you had to park across the street. When I got to my room, my key cards didn't open the door so I had to return to the front desk to get new ones programmed. Staff in the evening weren't very friendly and was agitated when I asked for a couple of trash bags. The hotel itself was okay but the pop machines on the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors didn't work so I had to use the one in the Lobby. My next trip to Des Moines...

“Cockroach in the room, smelled terrible of smoke.”

“The staff is super friendly and supportive. Some amenities (pool) were closed due to construction. Property was clean and breakfast is always great.”
