“Ok listen. This hotel was an experience. I'm not gonna sugar coat it. This Hotel is going through a rough time. The pool was under renovation some rooms smelled like sweat, and smoke, but the room I stayed in wasn't horrible. The A/C kept the room cold, and the beds were comfortable. Let's face the music though this sweet little hotel has fallen on hard times. It doesn't have the traffic to help it get where it needs to be, or enough help to maintain a pristine condition, however, the heart is...

“Room was spacious, heat worked really well, and it was so quiet in our building that we were able to really rest during our stay. The housekeeping team was awesome as well! Thank you staff!”

“Clean room and very comfortable beds, efficient heat. Nice balcony to go look at the light overnight snowfall. Nice breakfast area but juice machine was out of order but they did have apple juice in cups. All that were interacted were very pleasant and helpful. Thought that check in was a little tedious, trying to up sale credit accounts.”

“Wonderful accommodations for a weekend visit to ETSU! Unit was just as descibed on the lower level of a cute home right beside the university. Clean, comfortable and walking distance from several food establishments and coffee shops. Communication from the host was spot on. We would recommend and return!”
