“This wonderful home has everything we could have needed. The homeowners have provided a clean, well-stocked, welcoming place to stay for vacation. The pool towels and extra propane were not expected, but very much appreciated. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 Golden Retrievers and everyone enjoyed their stay to the fullest. Nick was communicative and extremely helpful. We would love to rent this perfect home again!”

“We recently stayed 2 nights at this wonderful place. It is a unique, relaxing, and beautiful environment. It is also located close to many activities available in the area. We loved spending time in Jonesborough and riding bikes on the Tweetsie Rails to Trails between Johnson City and Elizabethon. It was just the right retreat for us to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. ”

“This was the perfect cabin for 4 hiking men to stay in. Everything was well done. We used all four spacious bedrooms. The table and kitchen was very good.Overall, this place is Highly recommended!!!Rustic looking from the outside but charming and well decorated from the inside”

“This place is well situated and has a nice side yard and porch. Close to a river, we went down about 10 min just pulled off the road and the kids played there for a few hours. The house is nice and has plenty of things for cooking. Overall it was great! There were 24 of us.We did have some issues. The place looked like it wasn't tended too often. “This is a very special cabin. It's perfect if you want to get away and have quiet time. I say "quiet", but it's not actually quiet since you have the constant, wonderful sound of waterfalls in Spillcorn Creek right next to the house.The pictures on the website don't do the house justice. It's very comfortable with a wonderful ambience. It's also a great place for dogs with a safe field to play in and water right there to splash in. “My husband is disabled and we don't get to get out much this little cabin was just what we needed we sat outside on the porch early morning watching the dark turn into light the sound of the water trees whistling in the wind the Canadian geese were beautiful cabin was so clean and nicely kept and the host was prompt with everything we needed I definitely found our favorite place thanks for making our 29th anniversary a memorable trip ”

“For some one that is in recovery from triple by pass there are no railings for the steps,I had to use my family to get up the stairs. All the guniture was hard to get out of with having a pectoral flip done. The bathroom was difficult with everything being so low to the ground.
