“This is a wonderful place to stay room was very clean. The view of the harbor is breathtaking, I believe I saw the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen.”

“I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though”

“The location is beautiful but I would not recommend it for a quick overnight. No restaurant on site either. It's a good 8 miles to a grocery store or pub!! It's a much better facility for family gatherings, reunions or a group traveling together. Read the fine print as some of the bathrooms are not attached to your room. It's your private bathroom, but you are walking through a semi public area to get there. I found that very uncomfortable... Esp for the money I paid and my days of hostel or...

“Do not go here. Toilet is an outhouse, literally. You will be walking through llama and goat poop at night with no lights to use the facilities Promise of an option for breakfast and dinner was a lie. We contacted the host and were denied.”

“We had a great stay at the Stagecoach. The cabin is fun to stay at. It is not far from Acadia National Park. There were a few restaurants nearby including Scovils Millside Dining which had good food at great prices. The cabin was very, very clean. The outside shower was very cool. There was a picnic table and fire pit. The host met us there and went over all of the amenities and how everything works. We loved it.”

“If you want an experience like a cabin at Baxter State Park, but can't get a reservation, this is your place. Not for the hiking, but for the woods, remoteness, woodfires, sitting on the porch, Loons,reading a book,canoeing, sunsets, fresh air, escape.”

“Super fun house and spot. The views were amazing, sunsets, peaceful and quiet. This is a rustic seasonal home but we really loved it. A little chilly till we found some more blankets. There is a propane fireplace which heats it up quickly but I would not leave that on overnight. The second bedroom is in a separate little studio and so you need to go outside to go to the cottage to use the bathroom. Also we did not notice re the tap water not potable and we used for coffee and tea :) so...

“The location was great. The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. The room was nicer than the pictures on Expedia. We were very pleased when we arrived. Patrick was very helpful with information of the area. We enjoyed our stay there.”

“A light filled, spacious room with big windows on three sides. Patrick was flexible and friendly. Lubec is a sleepy town- but with a few spots for dinner, beautiful views, and dog friendly galleries.”
