“The property was acceptable. The checkin was without problem. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool being open to the atrium caused higher humidity than might be expected. The bar was open so infrequently as to be of little use. Perhaps this is a new standard but during the 4 nights stay the room was never made up.”

We stayed 3 nights and the last night there was a birthday party and people were shouting and running in the corridor all night. At 11 pm I went to reception and the guy there said that there had been a party and he asked if we could change room (!). “In many ways this was great and exactly what I wanted. The room was very nice, everything was clean, and it wasn't too expensive. I would stay there again. At the same time, don't expect the personal attention you might get at other hotels. The staff were all nice, but mostly not at the desk and doing other things. “Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasn’t an option. If it was actually cleaned and had clean sheets it wouldn’t be a bad place...

“The hot tub and pool was well maintained, breakfast was amazing, everyone that worked there was super helpful and friendly, our room was beautiful. Everything was clean from top to bottom. When they couldn't switch over our TV to our fire stick the front desk was quick to help by bringing a different remote so we could be accommodated! I will definitely be back here!!”

“We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor. Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”
