“It's definitely a great space to stay to be central to town. The location is first-class: walking distance to town, beaches, and a local pub.A few small things to be aware of when booking. The fridge is very small, we had 4 adults, 2 children, and we had to use two eskys to keep everything we needed.The internet is incredibly patchy, also neither TV has great service, and they aren't smart TVs. Not overly an issue, as in summer you'd be at the beach, but as one day was cold and raining for us,...

“A magical, romantic getaway! We loved the wood-fired pizza ovens, outdoor fire, fruit trees, and baby lambs. Cozy spots everywhere, and a lovely manager. Only disappointment was the unheated indoor pool. Still, an unforgettable experience!”

Being an historic cottage, it was in some ways like staying in a museum, transporting my imagination to life in the 1860s, but with electricity, wifi, hot running water, induction cooktop, microwave and all the other mod con for convenience and comfort.The yard was secure and my dog thought it smelt very interesting.”
