“This was a great experience. We sat outside and listened to nature until 11pm. Was quiet and very little light noise. Great way to disconnect and enjoy our time together.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Location 2 blocks from Wolf River front.”

“This used to be our favorite place to stay while in town on business! We have not been here for almost 2 years and the difference was shocking...not in a good way. We rented 5 hotel rooms and none were really great. The 1st one smelled absolutely HORRIBLE! The 2nd had a window curtain that is pulled almost completely off and stained sheets. Rooms need updating badly and a good deep cleaning. Only left the one toilet paper roll that was on there, no extras. Smoke detectors in the hallway...

“My room was clean and convenient to where I parked my car. They had numerous excellent parking spaces. My room was very comfortable and had every amenity I could ask for, such as a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was so helpful and so nice. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was excellent for my stay. The property also had an excellent restaurant. It made it convenient to walk over for dinner. This is the second time I've stayed there, and I would definitely stay there...

“Everything was good but the beds were hard as a rock!”

“There was no one at the counter when we arrived. The age was annoyed. It was very distasteful decorated with gody Halloween decorations everywhere. It smelled of musty mildew. There was box fans in most windows. When we went to the room in was musty and the light was flickering. There was hair in the bed sheets. It was not somewhere we wanted to hang out. We needed to find a new place to stay.”

“Check-in was 3;00, but we arrived two hours early. Our room was ready, but we were charged $20 if we wanted it right then. We took it because there isn't anything else to do in Berlin. We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. Bathroom amenities were 3/4 of an ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper...

“The breakfast was amazing and there were so many neat and unique places to utilize on the property. Property was switching ownership and the new owner was very helpful and accommodating!”

“Perfect place for our get together, clean, beautiful, dog friendly, very easy to contact host!”

“This property is very family friendly. It is a quaint cottage on a very quiet lake. The host is excellent at communicating expectations of checkin and checkout process.”

“Nice place for our Fourth of July getaway!”

“The host was very accessible and helpful. The house was very clean and all the amenities stated were available to us. All the linens and towels were washed well and very fresh. We needed a place to stay for a wedding in Waupaca WI. and this place fit the bill. I would consider staying there again if planning a visit to the area.”

“Good”

“Very nice property. Quiet area. Close to the lake. Would definitely stay again!”

“This was such a cute little home with a view you can't beat. Was nice to sit out on the deck and watch all the river travelers. Several great eateries just a walk down the block!”

“We appreciated the easy parking, and the room was both clean and comfy, great for our family!”
