“A group of retired coworkers enjoyed great laughs, great food and conversation at this comfortable log lodge. We each had a private bedroom and plenty of space for ourselves as well as group space to reconnect. The host was responsive to prearrival inquiries and was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. ”

“Overall this cabin offers something for everyone. Our teens loved access to the bikes, fishing gear and water toys. House was well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment. Being at the end of a dead end road was awesome, our dogs lived their best lives on this property. Sitting around the fire at the end of the night was a perfect way to cap off a day of adventures. Great place to unplug and make family memories. ”

“This was our third year staying at Long Lake, and we can’t wait to come back again! The house offers a great common space for the group to gather, and big rooms and outdoor spaces when we want to spread out. The outdoor couches and chairs are super comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the lake (especially loved the floating dock!), time in the hot tub, relaxing with a show, and sitting down for a meal all together. Thanks for the hospitality!”

“It was a quick adult getaway and the lakeside escape was perfect! The house was clean and well stocked. We made use of the French press for coffee and appreciated the snacks and water the host left. We enjoyed a quiet kayak around the whole lake and the hot tub. We hope to come back for another visit with our family. ”

“Awesome property and home on a beautiful clean lake. The house had plenty of room for our large family outing of 15. Lots of swimming, boating on the included pontoon boat and we caught enough fish to have a family fish fry on Friday night. We would love to return for another round in the future. Highly recommended. Only issues we had were that we didn’t get the correct code at check-in which was quickly resolved and the lack of toilet paper when we got there. ”

“Very nice and unique. Being a farm family, we could appreciate the atmosphere. Kitchen area was great and plenty of gathering spaces. Only concern was that it wasn’t very accessible for our elderly parent in bathrooms and bedrooms were on top and bottom level, none on the main floor. Overall, a wonderful experience.”
