“The house was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. I did not sleep on the futon in the basement so can’t comment on that. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room was well stocked with paper goods. Master bathroom was great. Big shower and a nice bathtub. Second bathroom was small but also had tub and shower. Very well maintained yard. Enjoyed the back yard with the kids. Fenced in and very large. Great outdoor furniture to enjoy. ...

“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

“Well we went the backyard needed fixing up,wasn’t even the same furniture in the patio the oven was a mess that was the whole point of staying there so we could make our meals instead of eating out all the time then the ice maker on the fridge didn’t work it was just basically a roof over our heads wasn’t luxury like they advertised it to be”

“This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,”

If you are looking for a home at a reasonable price that will accommodate a large group with places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms, this is the place. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Extremely convenient to DC. The only thing we noticed is the home is showing signs of wear from hosting larger groups and good use a bit of a refresh.”
