“Car parking was super secure.its in the yard of the hotel behind a shutter..Credit to the owners who are trying their best to rescue the hotel.its right in the center of town right next to a wetherspoons..if Ur expecting the Savoy don't go but it's clean and the room was of a good size and comfortable.the lady on reception was supa helpful and cheery..😃..overall I it did the job and I've stopped at alot worse.Shaun”

“The property is very nice with laundry and games room available. When I arrived the room was clean, but there were no equipment to keep it clean during my week long stay. Kitchen has only utensils, no plates or pans. It does have oven, stove, microwave and kettle. Staff were friendly but my check in experience was horrible. First it was moved later on the day, then I ended up waiting over an hour after the new time outside the building in the cold and dark as the instructions were to wait...

“I had a great stay at Southwell Stays. Very kind owner who communicated well. Very safe and central location in Southwell. Immaculately clean room and bathroom. Huge smart tv to enjoy whilst staying in room. Bonus of microwave and coffee station too. Very enjoyable stay”

“We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! We let and found appropriate accommodations! I can’t believe they would consider renting the place! We had to travel down a one way road to get to the place and the gate was closed. The neighbor sent us another way and the grounds were beautiful but the place was totally trashed. There was nobody there to...
