“Third visit in three years. The room standard has declined for each visit although the price has been almost the same. First visit we got a two bedroom suite with nice balcony towards calm pool area. Second visit only one small room with extra bed - camping style but still with a balcony towards the pool area. This visit a little bit larger room with full size extra bed but no balcony towards the pool area. Only a larger window towards a smaller but pretty busy street.”

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs!
