“We stayed one night between visiting Loutro and going to Rethymno. The hotel is very fresh and well managed. The location is perfect on the walkway at the beach! Balcony direct above the beach and the local restaurant. The hotel restaurant was weary good with nice food and good service. We will for sure come back !”

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! “Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...
