"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The hotel is very cozy and has two clean swimming pools. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, both by the pools and on the beautiful beach, so we never had any problems finding a place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We especially want to thank the reception team, who gave us excellent advice about the local bus routes and explained how to travel to Heraklion and Chania. There is also a bus stop just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, with regular buses to the beautiful Old Town of Rethymno. When we arrived, the hotel manager kindly upgraded our room free of charge to one with a sea and pool view, which made our stay even more special. The manager and the reception staff were always smiling, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions we had. The hotel also offers a gym, an aquarium, and evening entertainment such as a music quiz, DJ nights, and traditional Greek dancing. Our flight was late in the evening, and the hotel allowed us to extend our room until we needed to leave, which we really appreciated. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.,especially thanks to manager,reception staff! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"

"We were very happy with our stay at Zeus Ydoria Resort! The location was great—just outside Rethymno and only a two-minute walk to the long, beautiful beach. The hotel’s reception and dining areas were newly renovated, giving a luxurious feel. Some older sections could use a refresh but were always clean and didn’t bother us. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and partial sea view. The pool areas were excellent, with several pools, fun waterslides for kids, and attentive lifeguards at the main pools. The pool bar offered plenty of seating and a great variety of food and drinks—pizza, burgers, salads, fries, beer, wine, cocktails, sodas, coffee, and kids’ drinks—all day long. The resort’s biggest highlights were the food and staff. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were fantastic—fresh, tasty, and varied, with lots of salads, fruit, and desserts. The staff were truly amazing: cleaners, waiters, bartenders, and receptionists were all friendly, hardworking, and welcoming from morning to night. A special thanks to the animation team—Rico, Tekla, and Angela—who kept our kids entertained with fun activities in the Kids Club and organized games and events for everyone: water gymnastics, boule, table tennis, quizzes, bingo, and dancing in the evenings. We can’t recommend Ydoria Resort enough and hope to return soon!"

"Fint hotell som ändå var hyfsat litet o mysigt. Bra pool område o nära till havet och en liten stad med mat o några butiker. Bussen gick till Rethymno och kostade 1.2€. Det enda som var lite "negativt" var att det var väldigt lyhört från korridoren utanför men då det endast var ca 10 rum i en korridor så funkade det ändå. Sen kunde man inte ha AC igång när man inte var i rummet så när det var dags o sova fick man köra AC under tiden. Fanns sleep mode som var lite tystare men AC satt vid huvudändan av sängen så den blåste kallt rakt på en när vi skulle sova. Annars är vi super nöjda med vår vistelse. Vi hade inte all inclusive men fanns inte massa alternativ i baren så vi är nöjda med det valet. Finns många bra resturanger i närheten med mycket bättre mat än hotellets. Mycket variation på frukosten med allt från mackor, ägg, pannkakor, yoghurt o flingor, omelett, frukt så finns något för alla"
