No staff for check in on so if there's a problem you have no recourse. And we had a problem. Even though we made a reservation for a room for two people, a married couple, we were assigned a three twin bed bunk room, with no television, No drinking glasses, No facial tissues, very little room to walk around, curtains that did not fully cover the windows, debris left from the previous occupant on the bathroom floor... All in all not what we booked and not at all satisfactory. When we called the number for the hotel which we had to track down, they told us they were full and would not give us priority even though we had booked the room many weeks in advance. They told us to take it up with Expedia.
Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else.
Also the front door to the hotel was out of service and open so cold air was blowing in constantly and there was no security.
