Thanks for your feedback on our services. It is true that we are not downtown though we are located in the center of Reykjavík with loads of parking spots and easy walk to the bus stop where you can travel anywhere in the city. Our in-house restaurant is great and we are surrounded by other dining options at the next street.

Hello Lars, many thanks for your valuable feedback. It is true that we offer our guests to book with or without breakfast. Those who did not choose to book with breakfast when making the reservation are offered to add it on at check-in. We do agree with you that our breakfast adds on to the experience and we encourage our guests to try it out. Hello Patrik Many thanks for taking the time to write your feedback to us. We are sad to hear that our breakfast was disappointing to you, we offer both full breakfast from 6:30 and a grab & go (for those maybe for an early flight) from 4:00. It is true that our location is out of the downtown area though we are nicely central in the city with great parking options and a pick up from our door from all airport shuttle services and day tours. I must say that I am surprised though as we were not made aware of the issues you claim to have experienced during your stay.
