The Space:
Our family apartments are a great choice for 4 guests. The bedding is laid out with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Some of the apartments are studios, where all the beds are located in the same area, while other include 1 bedroom, where 2 of the sleeping spaces are located. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower attached in all of the apartments and a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee/tea maker.

Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything is private and for you to use at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Mani Apartments are located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Laugavegur 18. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights near the hotel. Short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafés. Please note that parking in the downtown area is not for free, and please have a look at the parking signs.

- Hallgrimskirkja Church: one of the tallest structures in Iceland, the magnificent 74.5m high church is located 550m from the Hotel.
- Harpa concert hall: the Crystalline façade inspired by Icelandic scenery is just 700 m away from the Hotel.

Mani Apartments are located 49.2 km from KEF International Airport (50 min by car). The nearest bus stop: 14 - Skulagata.

Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is surrounded by lively bars, restaurants, and nightly live music until 11pm from the bar in our building. There may be some nighttime noise, but it’s all part of Reykjavik’s vibrant atmosphere—perfect for those looking to join in the fun!
