We offer two Penthouse apartment suites that are equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Iceland truly sensational. Situated on the main shopping street Laugarvegur in the heart of down town Reykjavik.

The Space:
Our Penthouse apartments are elegantly furnished and bright, the living room is spacious, perfect for couples or families. Located on the top floor of the building, the apartments are fitted with floor to ceiling windows. They offer great views of the city and its surroundings. Each apartment has a sofa that can be pulled out to make a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower and a hair dryer. All of them come with a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary appliances as well as a dining area. The apartments provides sleeping accommodations for up to four people. There are HD Flat-Screen TV’s with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. These apartments come with a balcony, accessible from the bedroom.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the main shopping street Laugarvegur in the heart of down town Reykjavik.
Many of Reykjavik’s most iconic sights are within walking distance from the apartments. Harpa Concert Hall, The Icelandic National Gallery, The Althing (The Icelandic parliament) and Reykjavik City Hall are only about 400m away. Hallgrímskirkja, Reykjavik’s most iconic landmark is only 600m away.
