“As we were staying with our dog we were very pleased with the location. It was a very quiet wooded area which we loved but yet only 5 minutes to town. We had a wonderful dinner at the lodge. As an added bonus was Dollar Lake, which is not the lake you see next to the lodge. It was a short jaunt across from the main lodge where we enjoyed walking our dog. It is private and only available to those staying at Chanticleer Inn. The beach was sandy and the water was clear. A neat little gem.
