Anemos Villas - Pounentis Villa

Anemos villas are located in the unspoiled south part of Rhodes overlooking breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea meeting the sky deep in the horizon. Each villa offers a modern private swimming pool that blends in with the whole stunning landscape and can accommodate up to 6 people. Also, guests will need to make an only 8 minute drive to find the nearest beach. Visitors will have the privacy they need to relax along with a memorable stay in Rhodes.
On the upper level,
Pounentis villa, offers 2 spacious double bedded rooms. Two bedrooms owns an
en-suite bathroom with a stylish shower and a chic furnished balcony with a
remarkable view to the sea. On the ground floor theres a fully equipped
kitchen and a spacious open plan dining / living area which has a comfy double
sofa- bed one extra bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with double bed as
well as a bathroom with a shower. Guests will also find a flat screen with
satellite channels. The cozy living room opens to an inspiring furnished
veranda with direct access to the architectural statement of the villa, the
swimming pool along with the BBQ facilities. The private pool area in warm colors has stylish sunbeds with comfortable
cushions and parasols encircled by lush lawns and a well-tended garden. There,
you can work on your tan and enjoy the unique Greek summer weather. Pounentis
Villa is situated next to Maistros Villa. These two identical villas ensure complete
privacy for guests, each featuring its own private pool and amenities.
The village of Lachania is situated at the foot of the hill, offering a panoramic view of the valleys stretching up to the sea. This is perhaps the most beautiful, unspoiled village on Rhodes and truly offers privacy, calmness and tranquility. Just in an 8 minute drive away you can find the beautiful beach of Gennadi, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and car rentals. The villa is also just 30 minutes away from Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most spectacular archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the villa.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0,50EUR per night
