Azzurro Luxury Villas is a beachfront retreat of four
villas in Kolymbia, where contemporary interiors open onto private pools and
uninterrupted sea views. Created for couples, families and friends, it offers
privacy, comfort and an effortless connection to the coast.
Each 75 m2 villa unfolds across two levels, with
contemporary interiors and wide glass doors that bring the sea into the living
spaces. The ground floor includes an open-plan living and dining area, a fully
equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with two single beds and another shower bathroom
complete the layout, while both bedrooms enjoy sea views.
Outside, the private terrace becomes the heart of the
stay. An 8 x 4 m swimming pool faces the water, accompanied by sun loungers, a
parasol, an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining area--an
inviting setting for slow breakfasts, peaceful afternoons and memorable meals
overlooking the sea.







Set directly on the beachfront in Kolymbia, Azzurro
Luxury Villas offers a peaceful seaside setting with the water only steps from
each private terrace. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies can be
reached within a short drive. Anthony Quinn Bay is approximately 15 minutes away by
car, while Lindos and its renowned Acropolis can be reached in around 30-35
minutes. Rhodes Town and the UNESCO-listed Medieval Old Town are approximately 23-25
minutes away, and Rhodes International Airport can be reached in around 30
minutes.


Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
