The villa features two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, stocked with towels, body soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The thoughtfully designed living room includes a cozy seating area, indoor fireplace, and TV, ideal for relaxed evenings. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stovetops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and dining essentials, perfect for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals at the dining table.

Located on the sun-drenched eastern coast of Rhodes, the village of Kalathos offers a peaceful and scenic escape ideal for travelers seeking both relaxation and convenience. Surrounded by rolling hills and the Aegean Sea, Kalathos is best known for its long, pebbly beach with crystal-clear waters, one of the cleanest and quietest in Rhodes. The beach is partially organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, while also leaving plenty of natural space for those seeking seclusion. The village itself maintains a traditional Greek charm, featuring local tavernas, family-run shops, bakeries, and a calm atmosphere that stands in contrast to the island’s busier tourist centers.



Despite its laid-back vibe, Kalathos enjoys a prime location just 6 km from the historic town of Lindos, famous for its Acropolis, whitewashed houses, and rooftop restaurants overlooking the bay. The area is serviced by regular bus routes connecting Kalathos to Lindos, Rhodes Town, and other key areas. For travelers arriving by air, Rhodes International Airport (Diagoras) is approximately 45 km away, with a transfer time of about 45–60 minutes by car or shuttle. The Port of Rhodes, which serves ferry connections to Athens and other Dodecanese islands, is located in Rhodes Town, around 50 minutes by road. We kindly ask all guests to exercise caution while using the swimming pool, especially around the edges, which may be uneven or slippery when wet. Please be aware that use of the pool is at your own risk, and children should always be supervised by an adult. The property owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries. Your safety is our top priority, so please enjoy the pool responsibly and with care.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.



The fee is:

€15 per night for villas

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.



Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
