and in the living room, there are two single beds. The kitchen is fully
equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your meals during your stay. Step
outside to enjoy your private heated pool,
where you can relax and soak up the sun in comfort, no matter the season. The
outdoor area also includes furniture thats perfect for dining or simply
unwinding outside. For those who enjoy cooking in the open air, there is a BBQ
available as well. The villa also comes with a private parking space, so you
wont need to worry about finding a spot. Located close to the beach and local

heated pool is available upon request at an additional cost of EUR35 per day.

Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
