The interior spans two levels, beginning with a bright open-plan living area featuring a smart TV, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine and all essential cookware. Large glass doors lead onto a furnished terrace overlooking the garden, complete with an outdoor dining area and coal barbecue. One double bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the first floor offers two additional air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private shower room, providing a practical and comfortable layout for families or groups.



A private pool creates a peaceful spot for relaxation, complemented by sun loungers, umbrellas and soundproof interiors to ensure restful days and nights. Complimentary WiFi covers the entire villa, and further conveniences include a washing machine, ironing facilities, safety deposit box and ample wardrobe space. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival and returned within seven days of check-out following property inspection. Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted, and quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 are observed across the complex.
