Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa spans 95 m² and features three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while two further bedrooms sit on the upper level, creating a comfortable layout for both families and groups. The interiors are bright and modern, with a spacious living area that includes a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a relaxed self-catering stay, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and ample storage further enhance convenience for longer stays.



The outdoor areas elevate the experience with a private entrance leading to a secluded garden, a terrace with pool and garden views, and an inviting dining area complete with a coal barbecue. Guests can unwind by the private pool, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, while enjoying the tranquillity of the surrounding landscape. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival and is collected by credit card; this is refunded within seven days of departure following a satisfactory inspection.
