This beautiful villa also offers sunbeds at the beach for extra fun. Viviane Paulos Villa conveniently accommodates up to 12 guests. Theres an access to the upper floors from the exterior stairs.
This incredible beachfront villa features large interior spaces with an elegant design that creates a welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional outdoor spaces with great gardening and amenities. There are 5 fully airconditioned bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TVs. Also, there are 2 single sofa beds in the living room. Guests will find 2 wonderful bathrooms with showers as well as an outdoor wc. Also, there are 2 open plan kitchens, fully equipped for any meal preparation as well as 2 living rooms and a dining area. Outdoors, the villa is equally impressive as indoors. It offers beautiful gardening surrounding the magnificent pool area and the heated jacuzzi that are equipped with parasols and sun beds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed time under the golden rays of the Greek sun. Also, the villa offers incredible furnished balconies and a heated jacuzzi on the rooftop. Theres an incredible BBQ installation and a furnished area where guests can enjoy a truly unique outdoor gathering. The villa also offers a covered parking area with a pergola. Guests will find the nearest beach in a walking distance of 5 minutes. Gennadi village is a peaceful place and surely, youll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach of the island, which is only a 25-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 25-minute drive far from Gennadi. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour drive away.

o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
