“Very friendly staff, clean room, excellent food”

“I stayed at the Beach Motel in Holyhead for one night before the ferry and was pleasantly surprised. I’m usually quite selective about where I stay, but we wanted something clean, convenient and good value – and this far exceeded expectations. The lad on check-in was friendly, very professional and set the tone straight away. The room isn’t brand new, but it’s in good condition, well maintained and exceptionally clean. “The back yard of this B&B includes part of the wall surrounding the old walled city of Caenarvon and you can sit on top admiring the sea and the castle some 100 meters away. Hostess very helpful and the room was great.”

“No working Wifi in the room, got another with working wifi but with a TV that did not work. In both cases no action was taken - or neither was fixed the following day even when telling the reception BUT -nice location and a really good restaurant ! (or two - both where great with high quality cooking) ”

“You can´t get closer to nature than this. Perfect place to wind down and relax. My room was perfectly clean and well equipped. Room size was a bit small for the full size double bed! It left very limited space to move around the bed and also to accomodate a suitcase. Good parking close to room, which in my case was located in a side-cottage. The in-room breakfast was minimal, but a good offer for a "full" breakfast was available nearby.”
