"Trevlig personal och fint rum"

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Det var en väldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det är också nära till tågstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var fräsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för två personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde på bottenvåning vilket innebär att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instängd efter att man hade lämnat rummet i några timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma. "

"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."

"Vi betalde flera tusen extra för ett delux rum men det var bortkastade pengar. Rummet vi fick svarade inte på något sätt upp mot det rum som bilden och beskrivningen på hemsida visar. Stor del av utlovade kvadratmeter utgjordes av en korridor/hall utan hatthylla eller krokar Badrummet var inte rymligt som de lovar i beskrivningen utan väldigt trångt. Varmvatten saknades helt vissa tider och på frukosten fanns det inget bröd (hade inte kommit) Fönsterrutorna var väldigt smutsiga och rummet i sin helhet kändes ofräscht. Avresedagen fick vi lämna hotellet före frukost för att hinna till flygplatsen och blev lovade var sin frukostpåse men den hade man glömt av. Pga. allt strul skulle vi få en ekonomisk kompensation, men inte det som vi blev lovade av receptions-personalen."
