Rhyll - Home With a View

This comfortable and cosy fully renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday house has everything you need for that time away . With a huge deck for entertaining or just sitting around and relaxing with a drink and within short walking distance to Rhyll, Rhyll pier (with a boat ramp if you are a fishing enthusiast) and Rhyll front beach. A short 5 minute drive to Cowes, 15 minutes to see the penguins and plenty of other activities for all ages.
The space
Great 3 bedroom holiday home in very quiet and peaceful part of Phillip Island. Suitable for couples, or family getaways. With a huge deck with ocean views.

Split level house with open living area which has a plasma TV, open plan kitchen with microwave and dining area. 1 bathroom with shower and plenty of room to store belongings.

There is ample parking for 4 cars as well as space to park a boat. Fully fenced large rear garden.

Your summer holidays can be in air conditioned comfort (there are units in the main living room and 2 bedrooms) and winter getaways can stay cosy with the open fire and split system heater.

1st bedroom - queen sized bed, BIR, split system, plasma TV mounted on wall.

2nd bedroom - king single with trundle, BIR, split system.

3rd bedroom - king single with trundle, BIR.

If you would like to use our linen please let us know at booking. We are more than comfortable for you to bring your own.

Please leave the home in the same state as you found it this will be very much appreciated.

Sorry, no schoolies and please no smoking inside.
Other things to note
Please ensure that the rubbish bins are placed on the front outside of the property on Monday nights for bin collection.

A fantastic fully renovated property. We had a lovely stay over the long weekend. The property has everything you need, is well presented and well located near the beach and central Rhyll.Communication with the owner was also excellent. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

This is a very neat & well appointed holiday house, good size for a family of 4, though it would also be suitable for 5 as well.Amenities and details were true to the listing.The host was organised and able to attend to our queries promptly.We would be happy to return here in the future!

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable!

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The house was perfectly equipped for us, and very clean, comfortable and well styled. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the linen soft and clean.There are distant seaviews from the balcony, and it's an easy walk to the water or general store. The house is only accessible via stairs, as are the bedrooms, so wouldn't suit someone who couldn't manage stairs.Only a quick10 minute drive in to Cowes for the bay beach, cafes and shops.The host was responsive and very helpful with any queries we had.All up a wonderful long weekend away. We'd love to stay again!

Fantastic stay

Stayed for several days. We enjoyed the quiet of staying in Rhyll, but equally, the proximity to Cowes made it super easy to get supplies when needed.The property is well laid out, has great furnishings and seriously, we couldn't fault our stay.Thanks

Very disappointed with the cleanliness

The place is beautiful. However, our experience with cleanliness was very disappointing and a turn off. Despite attempting to contact the owners before sharing this review, as I do not want to make it public without giving them a chance, regrettably, we received no response. Happy for the owner to reach out to discuss this matter. So, upon arrival, we encountered soiled towels both on the floor and in the main room. The bedsheet in the main room emitted a strong sweaty odor, and we discovered hair under the blanket. Additionally, the dishwasher contained dirty dishes, cooking equipment still bore food crumbs, and the floor was scattered with food crumbs. Given COVID is still happening, the level of cleanliness is totally unacceptable. Upon arrival, we had to clean the place and wash the towels, including the bedsheets as I'm not sure about sleeping when someone else did before. Despite the place decorated with art pieces, and with a far away sea view, it was a disappointing experience.
