“perfect to stay”

“The bed wasn't bad but could be better. The bath was very good. But the carpet didn't look clean. We were checked in to our room 220 while cleaners were still busy cleaning it. Even though we offered to remain outside while they finished the work the Spanish ladies who did not speak or understand English just packed their stuff and left. I used Google translate to say we would give them time to finish up, they simply signed that they were done and left. The roo. Was smelling! The breakfast was...

“What a stay! Personal and professional staff and welcome. Great rooms and even though the nightlife is just outside the door you can still get a great sleep without getting disturbed if thats what ypu prefer. Minutes from the beach, great food and shopping and everything else Cherry Grove has to offer. We will chose this hotel again every summer!”

“The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.”

“Small parking but I had no issues, nice staff, good AC, but I asked for a non smoker room and when I open the door we felt smell of cigarettes… But after all, nice experience ”

“The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was disappointing. It was unclean and there were hairs and bugs floating in it. The pool water actually looked stagnant, so maybe the filter wasn't working. The pool walls and floor were filthy. We were so grossed out that we couldn't even use it. The air conditioner in our room wouldn't not get cold even after setting it to 60. Check in and check out were easy...

“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is in a great location. There is a diner and a Starbucks you can walk to easily. The hotel was clean, room was clean and the property was well maintained. If youve stayed at Hampton Inn before you know what kind of breakfast they have. Its decent, filling and free. My only issue was the bed was way too soft. If needed though I would stay here again because of its location.”

“No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy”
