“Great place - totally renovated. Clean & tidy. Beautifully decorated- great outdoor patio area for an evening of visiting friends & family. Had a minor issue with one window which host fixed immediately upon request. Can’t wait to use the house again!”

There is a general store on the property that is very convenient. The host was great! Smooth, easy check-in and the communication was excellent. There was not one piece of information missed. “First, the place is represented well as described and pictured. Great kitchen and sleeping arrangements, plenty of room. Communication with the property management company was inconsistant. Here are the issues stand out. First, the Google Maps link sent from the company directed us to the wrong place and had to ask those owners where the VRBO place was. Second, as others have said, wifi is spotty and slow inside the house. Third, we had requested early on to have some additional firewood...

“it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....

“We stayed here for Bucknell Parent's Weekend with our three younger children and one friend (ages 9-17). The home is spacious and clean and is located directly across from the main campground hall and office. It is between a 15-20 minute drive to Bucknell - on local roads. The house has the basics, including linens, which was a nice bonus for a short weekend stay. The owner/manager was communicative and helpful. ”
