“Our family planned a vacation of fishing, ATV riding the Arapeen Trail system and lakeside fun at Palisades reservoir! Sterling, Utah is the place for all of that. The house is in the perfect location and has the amenities to make the stay more enjoyable. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The theatre room was fun for the kids. The basketball court was an added bonus. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the entire experience.”

“This place is remote enough to get away from people but close enough to Richfield to have amenities. We loved this place. The stars lit up the sky at night! The constellations were amazing. The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place.”

“The house worked well for our family. We did have a couple of incidents with our taller son's hitting their heads on some of the really low doors in the house...after a few times, they paid more attention and it wasn't an issue. I am not sure if there have been cats in the house or just because it is an older home, but a couple of our kids had horrible allergies while there. The house is clean, they provided infant seats / high chairs for our little ones, and had toys for the kids to play...
