“The breakfast was a good buffet with a decent variety, everything was fresh and hot that needed to be hot. The only problem is the parking. We had to park off the lot as there were no spaces available. To be fair, we did arrive quite late, around midnight I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Richland.”

“If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.”

“Rummet städades enbart dagen innan utcheckning. Handdukar byttes ut då. Te påsar fylldes inte på. Köket saknade ung och kokplatta. Med andra ord så finns det bättre alternativ för de pengarna man betalar. Dålig service för mycket pengar.”

“We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror...

“Good amount of parking. Breakfast hours ended early so that could be improved on. Room was clean but a little outdated. The beds were not as comfortable as expected for it being a comfort inn. They need new mattresses. If in a bind for a place to stay, it’s not terrible… but we won’t be staying again.”
