For three 80 year olds , having everything on one floor is a big plus and the sun room is so inviting as well as the back yard. Beds are very comfy and it is very close to everything. A perfect place to be with friends and family.

Perfect, cozy family spot to stay! Had everything we needed for our kids. Only recommendation we have was for the primary bedroom to be a king side bed vs queen .

My family greatly appreciated staying in your home. Especially appreciated was the fenced in backyard and items suitable for my younger grandchildren. My teenaged granddaughters loved having the family room for late evening visiting and sleeping (separate from the “kid” bedroom). Great place for our family!
