“The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...

“Everything was easy and beautiful staying at this lovely apt on Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Easy to communicate with the host, park right in front on Broad St., and check in to this clean fully equipped and clean apt for 2. The bed was comfortable. And the bathroom and kitchen were modern and tidy. My wife loved it! We'll be back!”

“Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”

“This was the perfect spot, gorgeous and safe little neighborhood. The entrance was easy and key code on the door was very straightforward. The kitchen and bathroom were everything you would need for an extended stay. The air settings automatically adjust on entry to the space. The bed I slept on was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect (a big deal in my mind). I was solo but would be a great place to share with a small family or couple.
